At Sell iPhone Dubai, we are committed to a transparent, fair, and straightforward process. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling a sale offer and the conditions regarding refunds and returns.
Cancellation of Your Sale Offer (By You, the Customer)
You have the absolute right to change your mind about selling your device at any point before the final physical transaction.
Before Meetup: You can cancel your quote or scheduled meetup at any time without any reason or penalty.
During Meetup: If you are not satisfied with our final offer after we inspect your device, you have no obligation to proceed. You can cancel the sale on the spot.
Offer Re-evaluation or Cancellation (By Sell iPhone Dubai)
Our initial online quote is based on the device information you provide. We reserve the right to re-evaluate our offer or cancel the transaction under the following circumstances during the physical inspection:
Condition Mismatch: If the physical condition (e.g., scratches, dents, screen damage), functionality (e.g., buttons, camera, battery health), or specifications (e.g., model, storage) of the device do not match the description you provided, we will provide a new, adjusted offer. You have the right to either accept the new offer or cancel the transaction.
Locked or Blocked Devices: We do not purchase devices that are iCloud locked, Google locked, blacklisted, or reported as stolen. If a device is found to be in such a state, the transaction will be cancelled immediately.
Policy on Refunds & Returns (After Transaction)
This is the most important section of our policy.
All Sales Are Final: Once you have accepted our final offer, handed over your device, and received payment in cash, the transaction is considered complete and final.
No Returns or Refunds: After the sale is finalized, ownership of the device is transferred to Sell iPhone Dubai. Consequently, we do not offer returns of the device or refunds of any kind. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are fully satisfied with the offer before completing the sale.
We encourage all customers to ensure they have backed up and saved all personal data from their device before handing it over, as we are not responsible for any data left on the device after the sale is complete.

It is important for our customers to understand that once our offer is accepted, the device is handed over, and payment is made, the transaction is considered complete and final. At this point, ownership is transferred to us. Therefore, we do not offer returns of the device or refunds after the sale has been finalized. This policy allows us to provide a secure and decisive service for everyone involved.
