• The device is not stolen, counterfeit, blacklisted, or fraudulent. You agree to indemnify Sell iPhone Dubai from any and all claims or losses should the device be found to be stolen.

• All information you provide to us, including but not limited to your personal details and the device’s model, specifications, and condition, is accurate, truthful, and complete.

The Quoting and Sale Process

• Online Quote: The quote generated by our Website is an estimate based on the information you provide. This initial quote is not a guaranteed offer.

• Physical Inspection: The final offer is subject to a physical inspection of the device by our team. We will verify the model, specifications, functionality, and condition.

• Final Offer: If the device matches the description you provided, we will honor the initial quote. If there are discrepancies, we will provide a revised, final offer. You have the right to accept or reject this final offer.

• Completion of Sale: A sale is considered final and complete only after you have accepted our final offer, our physical inspection is complete, you have handed over the device, and we have made payment to you. Once payment is made, ownership of the device transfers to Sell iPhone Dubai, and the sale is irreversible.

Device Condition & Eligibility

• We determine the condition of the device, and our assessment is final. The valuation will be adjusted based on factors including, but not limited to, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents), screen issues (cracks, dead pixels), battery health, and the functionality of all buttons and ports.

• We do not purchase devices that are locked by iCloud (“Activation Lock”), Google (“FRP Lock”), or any other security software.

• We do not purchase devices that have been reported as lost or stolen. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may check the device’s serial number (IMEI) against national and international databases.

User’s Responsibility for Personal Data

It is your sole responsibility to back up and/or delete all personal data from your device before selling it to us. This includes, but is not limited to, contacts, photos, videos, messages, passwords, and any other personal or confidential information.
